HEAT EXCHANGERS

We design and supply Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers in various capacities and material of construction like Carbon Steel, SS304, SS316, SS304L, SS316L, Nickel Alloys, Duplex Stainless Steel as per process requirements. Heat Exchangers are designed and supplied for pressure ranging from full vacuum to 10kg /sqcms. The Heat Exchangers could be Single tube-pass, Multiple tube-pass, U-tbue and Floating head type, Vertical condenser etc. The equipment mainly consists of required nozzles, Manholes and required instrumentation. The equipment is designed and fabricated to meet current National and International coded Pressure Vessel Regulations and complies with all major design codes, including TEMA, IS2825 and ASME sec VIII Div 1 & 2.

Heat Exchangers are used in all process industries like Resin Manufacturing Plant, Chemical Process, Paints and coatings, Pharmaceuticals, Bio-tech etc.

DISTILLATION COLUMNS

We design and supply Distillation Columns in different material of construction like Carbon Steel, SS304, SS316, SS304L, SS316L, as per process / Clients’ requirements. The equipment mainly consists of Internal packing / Trays, spray system, required nozzles, Manholes and required instrumentation. The equipment is designed and fabricated to meet current National and International coded Pressure Vessel Regulations and complies with all major design codes, including IS2825 and ASME sec VIII Div 1 & 2
