GREASE KETTLES


We design & supply Atmospheric / Autoclave type Grease Kettles in various capacities (1 to 24KL) and material of construction like Carbon Steel(SA 516 Gr.70) or SS304 as per process requirements. The equipment consists of Heating and cooling arrangement (multiple zone Jacket / Limpet), twin shaft agitation / mixing facility with counter rotating agitators, required nozzles, Manhole, Insulation and necessary instruments for process controls. The equipment is designed and fabricated to meet current National and International coded Pressure Vessel Regulations and complies with all major design codes, including IS2825, ASME sec VIII Div 1 & 2.

Anchor Agitators with Scrappers and with inner paddle agitator rotate in opposite directions. It can be supplied with an option of single drive fitted with bevel gear or two independent drives (Individual geared motor) for both agitators.

EVAPORATORS

Evaporators can be supplied in various capacities and material of construction like Carbon Steel, SS304, SS316, as per Clients’ requirements. These can be designed and supplied for pressure ranging up to 6kg /sqcms. The Evaporator could be Horizontal tube type, Calandria type, Forced circulation or Falling film type etc. The equipment mainly consists of vessel, tube bundle, required nozzles, Manholes and required instrumentation etc. The equipment is designed and fabricated to meet current National and International coded Pressure Vessel Regulations and complies with all major design codes, including TEMA, IS2825 and ASME sec VIII Div 1 & 2.

Evaporators are used in all process industries like Chemical Process, Pharmaceuticals, Bio-tech, Herbal Extraction plant etc.
