The company has modern Design & Project Office supported with latest design software & CAD facilities. It has a team of well qualified & experienced engineers, professionals and visiting Consultants capable of tackling any kind of challenging project/assignment.

Automated Welding

We have Orbital Welding facility and setting up fully automated TIG/Plasma Welding , Submerged Arc Welding , in addition to the existing Semi-Automatic MIG/MAG , TIG welding and Plasma cutting .

The automation of the process in a vertical or horizontal position and also the low-profile bead shape reduce post-weld operations, producing weld beads that are flawless in appearance.

Plasma welding is also well suited for the fabrication of spools of pipes upstream of the installation site . It allows subassemblies to be prepared and welded in the factory from tubes, elbows, flanges and other parts, which are then fitted together.

Orbital welding provides high precision welding in process pipe lines. Automated Welding shall result in increased production and excellent quality with uniform deposit of weld metal to comply with International Standards and Customer Specification in particular for Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Food Processing and Chemical Industries.

Welding processes : a wide range of welding processes are adopted in production to emphasis on automated machine welding precisely suiting to most of standards and practices.

Machine shop & list of equipments

We have integrated manufacturing, fabrication and assembly facility. These include a number of lathes, shaping machines, bench grinding machines, drilling machines, rolling machines, power hacksaw etc.
